A Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP) is a goal-oriented day treatment program for adults (18 years and up) with a chronic mental illness. Trained, qualified staff are present to educate, facilitate, and support members. The goal is to teach members skills that will allow them to function in the least restrictive environment possible. Membership and participation are voluntary - with treatment recommended but not mandated.
There are two TRP's, one in Hopkinsville, the other in Madisonville. They operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Each member in the TRP must first have an open chart at the Pennyroyal Center.
