The Employee Assistance Program acts as an umbrella to help provide needed mental health services to employees and their families. In addition to providing assessment and counceling, we also include supervisor training to provide the resources needed to identify employees with personal problems affecting job performance. We also provide an orientation to employees and letter to their families explaining the benefits of their EAP. The program can be customized to fit any need and any budget.
We also offer mediation services as a part of our EAP to help resolve issues that can disrupt the workplace.
