Hopkinsville Adult Clinic
The Hopkinsville Adult Clinic is located at 735 North Drive across from the Hopkinsville Community College campus. We have three buildings on this campus. The adult clinic is in the Sivley Building, located at the front of the campus. Named after long-time Executive Director Dr. Robert Sivley, Sr., the Hopkinsville Adult Clinic provides a full range of services for our clients, including individual and group therapy, evaluations, marriage and family counseling, psychiatric services and case manaement assistance.
